Do both certificate holders have to be employed full time by the hospital?
In general it would be considered acceptable where there was one member of staff who was a Certificate holder (full or part time) and one visiting certificate holder as the other. It was recognised that this is a change to the previous standards and time may be required for practices to comply particularly in light of the length of time to register and to pass the relevant certificate. Ref: Standard 1.
