We are well aware of the problems connected with gluten and lactose tolerance. Therefore, our raw materials are examined for their gluten and lactose concentration at regular intervals. By the way, we make the results available to the German Celiac Disease Society (Deutsche Zöliakie-Gesellschaft e.V., www.dzg-online.de) in Stuttgart.
