To answer your question, Yes. Bilbies are what we call omnivores as such that they eat a wide variety of food like us which includes insects, seeds/grains, bugs and grubs, FRUIT etc. They aren’t too fussy when it comes to a feed which enables them to survive where others wouldn’t
