You might want to get that looked at by a reptile vet that has experience with bearded dragons. It sounds like it could be a cricket bite, but that’s just a guess. Take a photo with the macro setting on a camera and post it here and I might be able to help more. I can tell you that it isn’t normal for them to just get lump/bumps/warts or moles on their body though. I had someone tell me about their dragon having a lump on their back and they squeezed it and popped it and they had to take it to the vet to get it a course of antibiotics… EDIT: Editted because of ReptiMan’s stupid answer. Don’t pick at it, whatever you do!
