Whenever I carry my friend’s baby girl (6 month old), she seems to be trying to listen to my heartbeat. She puts her ear right where my heart is and take turns listening with each ear (at least that’s what I think she’s doing), and then looks up at me and smiles in between. If I try to hold her a different way she works her way back down to putting her ear where my heart is. And will then usually fall asleep I’ve never had this happen with a baby before so I was wondering if all/most/some babies do this…..
