Yes. Fraud Detection Is An Important Feature Of Commercial Grade AVMs. RDI’s AVM Achieves This By Not Permitting Addition Of A Comparable If It Does Not Exist On The Appraisal Data Base. There Are Also Other Proprietary Fraud Detection And Display Provisions Built Into In RDI’ AVM.
