Do automotive engineers work by themselves or in teams?
Definately in teams. Think about how complex automobiles are; they have mechanical systems, electrical systems, computers, and ornate designs. It would take someone really talented to be able to do all those things. Most engineers work in teams. In large systems, the teams usually require additional engineers. For small systems, the teams may only have one engineer, but you would still have to work with marketing, finance, etc.
