An email notification may be sent for every timesheet form that needs their approval. There are options within FTU that allow users to set the notifications to immediate notification, once per day, or not at all. However, keep in mind that eTime timesheets have an expiration date and if the timesheet form is not approved in a timely manner, then the information will not reach payroll in time for processing.
