Do approaches to the market that are advertised on AusTender need to be advertised in the press as well?

No. The minimum advertising requirement for all open approaches to the market by FMA agencies and all open approaches to the market valued over the procurement thresholds by CAC Act bodies is that they are advertised on AusTender. Agencies may also choose to advertise in other media, if appropriate. However, they should note that the date the approach is deemed to be ‘open’ is that displayed on the AusTender publishing date, not the date of any notice appearing in the print media. If the notice is published elsewhere, the details included in that notification must be identical to those contained in the AusTender notice.

What is your question?

*Sadly, we had to bring back ads too. Hopefully more targeted.
