Do any weight lifters know about the safety and usefulness of creatine supplements?
I’d be amazed if there are any serious lifters out there who don’t know the benefits of creatine. BB-ers are generally first in the line when a new supplement comes out, and creatine has been around for a long time. The only thing best is just calories. Start eating lots of good quality, high protein food. Whey is excellent, but it’s hard to beat eggs and chicken breast.
