Do any stores or services at Twelve Oaks NOT accept the American Express Gift Card?
The following stores and services do not accept Taubman or American Express Gift Cards: Brow Art 23, Kerby’s Koney Island, Suki Hana, Ticketmaster, and Yeung’s Lotus Express. Customers may not use a Gift Card to purchase a cellular service plan. However, Gift Cards may used to purchase a cell phone, products, or accessories.
