Do any personal trainers have any good workouts for the biceps?
Well, I am not sure how far along you are in weightlifting, so I can’t get terribly specific. Here are my recommendations for great bicep exercises: Barbell Bicep Curls (Put your back against the wall when you do these so you cant swing the barbell with your back at all) Incline Hammer Curls (Will really stretch the biceps out and works the brachialis great) Reverse Barbell Curls (Something you can add in at the end of the workout to mix it up a bit) Alternating Cross-body dumbbell curls (You can use extremely heavy dumbbells for this, so it is nice to use to shock the muscles) Now, a great 3-minute bicep exercise you can tack on to the end of any routine is found here: http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/xrep7.htm Doing exactly what they describe (read through the whole article) will torch your biceps incredibly and really builds up the brachialis like no other exercise I have ever done.
