Do any one have an experience in data validation & reconciliation application within the petrochemical plants?.
In the operating process plant the data collected is of the following types:- 1. Operational parameter – These are required for checking the health of the plant and these days are collected on the SCADA system automatically and more frequently. KPI’s for these are the optimum parameters fixed by the process owner. 2. Economic parameter – These are mass and flows related to raw materials and utilities. These are also recoded in the above and are extracted from SCADA logs. KPIs for these are the consumption norms which are also fixed by the process owners and or industry norms.
