All of the UltraBalance products are gluten free. MetaFiber does contain oat fiber as an ingredient which, although not a gluten containing grain, may cause some sensitivity in celiac patients. Please ask your healthcare professional for more information. For many celiac patients, oat fiber does not seem to be a concern.
