Do any of the traditions have a set group of clergy?
Yes and No. Whether or not a group has set clergy depends on the tradition they’re practicing. For many Wiccan groups there is a set number of Priests and Priestesses who run the group/coven/grove. But there are also many groups which involve every member in the functions normally provided by a clergy. It really comes down to how the individual group operates.
