Yes. Continental, Southwest, and Northwest Airlines have discounted rates. You must provide your medical record number or your physician’s name, appointment date and appointment time to recieve the discount. Corporate Angel Flight offers free travel for patients who cannot afford airfare, but you must call (914)328-1313 to see if you are eligible.
