No. No. Maybe. Probably. Anarchism is a political philosophy, not every form of which is nihilistic. In fact, many forms of anarchism are very anti-nihilist. Anarcho-syndicalism, eco-anarchism, anarcha-feminism, Christian anarchism, even anarcho-capitalism all have value systems. In fact, it is hard to see how a political theory could be nihilistic. Political theories are theories about how states and societies should be organized, but that “should be” is a value judgment, and this would necessarily seem to make them non-nihilistic. I would say that nihilism can be anarchic. If nothing really matters, the laws have no moral force. But even if nihilism is anarchic, this does not mean that anarchy (the political theories) are nihilistic. For the reason mentioned above, I do not think they are.
