Yes – it is a standard plug in (2 pronged) good for electrical shavers and other small personal appliances. If you are bringing a required electrical appliance that would need to be plugged in for an extended period of time, ie: an Oxygen or C-PAP machine, it is recommended that you have a backup battery with you in case of a power failure.
