Do American Classic wheels and hubs come with lock rings?
Our American Classic single speed and track wheels and hubs come with a lock ring. All other American Classic wheels and hubs do not come with a lock ring, so please use the lock rings provided with the cassette you are using. Our hubs fit the Shimano 9-10 speed lock ring and the Campagnolo 10 speed lock ring, respectively. American Classic Campagnolo type cassette bodies take a 27.0 OD size lock ring. Lock rings need to be tight to ensure correct wheel function and to avoid damaging your hub splines. Use a cassette tool and tighten your lock ring.
