If you mean GARTER tossing ceremony. I would say 90% do. Traditionally after the bride’s bouquet is tossed she then bares her leg for all of the single men gathered to watch as her groom pulls it off, often with his teeth, and then shoots it over his shoulder to the waiting bachelors. Generally for an older couple this ritual would be skipped or adjusted to the particular circumstances.
