Do all unassigned employees have the ability to exercise their bumping rights?

0

No. Only employees who are unassigned and who have at least six consecutive months of service have the ability to bump the least-senior employee within their job classification. If there are no positions to bump within their current job classification, they may be able to bump into a job within a different job classification if they held that PFTCE position within the last three years. In this event the employee would be eligible to bump the least-senior person in that particular job classification.
