Do all ULTA stores carry benefit cosmetics?
No. This is with many cosmetic stores and departments regardless of brand. Some Ulta stores might not carry the Benefit line. They may have had one (or not) at one time, and it might not have been popular at that location. The best thing to do is to call ahead of time. But honestly, you’re best bet is to shop online. I wouldn’t shop on ebay or anything like that, but you can still get brand names at discount prices on certain sites. It just takes a bit of research. Not all sephora’s do either ( I used to work there.
