Do all transcripts need to be in a signed and sealed envelope?

Transcripts MUST be in a University envelope signed across the seal by the appropriate institutional official. Any transcripts that we do receive that are not in this manner, or are in bound materials, will be considered unofficial copies, and you will be asked to send an official transcript.
