Do all ticks carry lyme disease
Deer ticks (very small, size of a pencil point) can carry Lyme disease. Dog ticks (size of pencil eraser) can carry Rocky Mountain Spotted Fever. Not all ticks carry the diseases and some areas are more affected than others.
