Do all three charge-ups stack and execute when performing a finishing move?
Not always. Fists of Fire and Blades of Ice improve with each charge up. I.E. Blades of Ice with one charge adds cold damage, two charges cold damage with increased radius, three charges does cold damage with increased radius with a chill duration of 4 seconds. The other charge ups do not stack but change with each charge {Tiger Strike, Cobra Strike, Claws of Thunder, Phoenix Strike}. I.E Claws of Thunder with one charge applies lighting damage, with two charges it swaps for nova damage and with charge three it changes to charged bolt damage instead.
