Access to the Staff Skill Profiles, which are available in PDF format and the Planner is available to all staff. However, SOLAR protects the privacy of your program and your staff members through a system of password-protected access levels. At the local program level, Head Start directors can provide access to managers, supervisors, and other staff members at three different use levels.
