Do all residents have to join and pay an annual membership fee?
No. Membership is voluntary. It is important that you consider joining, however, as without a united community and a strong GRA it is likely that the quality of life in the suburb, and property values, will continue to be threatened by rising crime, a lack of City attention to maintenance and planning needs, as well as illegal business operations in our suburb. Also, annual membership is just R200 per household.
