Do all proposals require data, project management, and integration plans?
Yes. All proposals require project management and integration plans, as well as data and model sharing plans, where appropriate. If you do not expect your proposal to generate data, please state this in your data management plan. Is there an upper limit on the cost of a project submitted to this competition? No. Although we anticipate that project sizes for most Type I and Type II proposals will range from approximately $3,000,000 to $5,000,000, higher requests will be considered.
