All inpatients will have new Red armbands. Patients going to (or coming from) surgery or other areas will have a white armband. Recommendation: New patients arriving to floor – identify and cut off old ID band. Patients returning from OR – identify and cut off white arm band and replace with RED LABEL arm band.
