Do all participating libraries use the same survey questions?

All libraries participating in the 2007 LibQUAL+® survey will use the same 22 core questions and demographic questions. The UW Library has also opted to include five additional questions that were selected by libraries belonging to the Canadian Association of Research Libraries (CARL).
