Do all of the workers on my farm have to consent to background checks before they can have access to SSAN fertilisers?
No. Background checks will only need to be done for the person at the farm who is responsible for the security of the SSAN and those workers who will have unsupervised access to SSAN. For most small farms it is not expected that any workers will need to consent to background checks. This is because it is expected that the licensee will assume responsibility for the security of the SSAN at the farm and that all workers handling/using SSAN fertiliser will be supervised by the licensee.
