Do all Masterpiece Edition Joes have problems with fungus?
Not all Masterpiece Edition GI Joe’s are affected by fungus. Only some of the soldiers and very few (if any) of the sailors have been affected. The pilot, marine and astronaut are completely “healthy.” — John It doesn’t matter whether your Joe came from Chronicle Books and Target. The fungus originated in China where the ME’s were made. They were not sprayed with an anti-fungicide spay when they left the factory. Check your dolls carefully. The author also indicates that the product will return to stores next year! The article states that the mold is called Eurotium chevalieri and it is non-toxic.
