No. On any exchange, only the stocks of those public companies that are listed are traded. That means a company must apply to the Jamaica Stock Exchange and be approved to have its shares traded. A company considering listing on the Jamaica Stock Exchange must meet the Exchanges listing requirements which include a minimum level of capitalization and the submission of detailed financial reports.
