Do all Internet browsers interact equally well with the map server?

It appears not. Microsoft Internet Explorer 6 appears to be the browser of choice. The map server is not currently compatible with Internet Explorer 7. Netscape appears to work, however some users have reported they can’t print (see question # 3). We have had the greatest number of calls from users of AOL. It appears AOL 5 and 6 work but AOL 4 and older don’t.
