Do all currency counters know the difference between denominations?
No. Most currency counters are “piece” counters and do not look at the bill other than for thickness and size. This works well in most cases, unless you have a large number of mixed bills that you must hand sort. We do offer “smart” denomination recognition currency counters. The “smart” counters are more expensive than the standard piece counters and offer many more features.
