Do all ClearSync users need their own Accounts?

Each person using ClearSync must have their own, unique ClearSync User Account. The synchronization of shared resources occurs between each person’s Account, eg: after I choose to Publish & Share my calendar and contact list(s) with a Sharing Group I have created or joined, only then can you, as a member of this Sharing Group, Subscribe & synchronize to these resources and hence get access to them. See the ClearSync Quick Start Guide for step-by-step instructions about this process. IMPORTANT Synchronizing more than one handheld device or desktop User Profile to the same ClearSync User Account may result in data loss or corruption.
