Do all bones have the bone marrow?

0

Bone marrow is located in the trabecular section of the bone not in the hollw long bone. The femoral bone, as a example contains fatty marrow in the long and hollow middle part and real bone marrow – the red stuff – that conatains all the elements of blood production. Got to a butchers shop and look at cut-open bones – the red (or if dried – brown) stuff is bone marrow the yellow stuff is fatty marrow. Pretty much all bones contain trabecular bone – so all contain bone marrow (with the exception of the bones in your middle ear mabye).
