Do all atoms and molecules emit radio waves under normal conditions?
Well, radio waves are a narrow band of the electromagnetic spectrum. If we were to assume that atoms and molecules emit radio waves under “normal conditions”, we would assume that they also emit other bands of electromagnetic radiation. This seems unlikely. Also, it seems to me that if all atoms and molecules emitted radio waves under “normal conditions”, then radios would work very well due to the interference and noise. Plus, what are “normal conditions”? This question has too many oddities to it. My answer is NO.
