Do all aspects of physician services lend themselves to the PPM concept?
Mr. Marsh: Certainly we’ve seen a wide range of specialties attempt to organize and empower themselves through the PPM structure. And we have seen PPMs seek to capture charges on the physicians’ professional services component, generated when a patient goes to visit a doctor, as well as seeking to wrap in the technical component or the ancillary fees over which a physician would have some control, as a way to give the physician more control over their own practices in a changing environment.
