If you are a true practicioner of Magic, with true intentions for good only, I see no reason why the wands would not work. Wicca books that suggest using wands generally recommend creating your own wand, yet I see no problem with purchasing a wand, as well. Real magic is based on energy and the power of the Self to create change or healing. A wand is used to help you focus your energies. Thus, there is no reason why an Alivan’s wand could not be used for real “magic.
