Do Aliens exist in mars that are so-called “Martians”?

Short of a subterranean settlement, which I am not thinking too likely, Mars is not inhabited. Mars’ does not have an atmosphere capable of supporting life as we know it. (If there is something else there, who knows.) There is indication that Mars has, or had, moving water at some point in time. That makes life possible, except for the atmosphere. I have heard that bacteria may have been discovered from Mars. I don’t know. Maybe it had life in the past. There is a moon of Saturn, called Titan, that has a methane atmosphere and liquid methane. Theoretically, it could sustain life. We don’t know at this time. Once it was declared that life could not live at the bottom of the ocean. That proved very incorrect. With that in mind, maybe Venus, with its insane planetary environment has some type of life. It has an atmosphere. Although its climate is insane and its orbit is not the most balanced, as I understand it.
