Do agency personnel need to submit change requests for application changes?
Agency personnel do not need to submit change requests for changes made to an application itself. Each agency will continue to follow its existing software engineering processes. However, personnel are required to submit change requests to move applications into the ITP infrastructure production environment. The change request is simply the vehicle used to inform the ITP that a modification has been made that requires a change to the production environment.
