Do Adora Calcium Supplements contain magnesium?
Yes. In response to consumer demand our new formula includes 40 mg of magnesium from magnesium oxide. We chose that form of the mineral because it enabled us to get the most magnesium per disk. Each Adora Calcium disk provides the same amount of magnesium as half a cup of brown rice. However, we still encourage consumers to get additional magnesium through a varied diet that includes plenty of unprocessed foods such as whole grains, leafy greens, legumes, nuts, and fish.
