NO! All the money you earn teaching IBY classes as described in the trainings/certification you complete is yours! And, no we are not a franchise, but offer you much of the forms, support, marketing, know-how, systems, business advice, and so on that you would expect from a franchise. There is however a very modest annual licensing fee to keep your certification and its benefits current.
