Discount Tickets Walt Disney World Question 3: How do I Know I can Trust a Ticket Broker?
There are several criteria that I use to determine if an online ticket broker is reputable. After all, I will be investing several hundred dollars at a minimum, so I want to know that I can trust that my tickets will be valid! First, I look to see if the company is an authorized seller of Disney tickets. If they are, they have the legal right to use the Disney logo identifying them as such. Second, I like to see how long they have been in business, and if the company belongs to business organizations like the Chamber of Commerce or Better Business Bureau. These memberships indicate a company that is stable, and is doing business ethically. Next I look at their prices and determine if all costs are noted upfront, ie: tax and any shipping fees. Some ticket brokers like to “hook” their customers with lower prices, but then add on the tax and shipping costs at the end, so they ultimately end up costing more.
