You need to create a configuration file and the best way is to copy the example found in the conf subdirectory of the dircproxy, or if its just installed on a machine you are using, the /usr/local/share/dircproxy directory. Copy it to your home directory, call it .dircproxyrc and make sure it has no more than 0600 permissions (-rw——-). Then edit this file, its very well documented. The configuration classes are defined at the bottom of the file.
