Dining Dollar$ are part of your meal plan and are funds used to purchase items at any Penn Dining location. With each purchase made, using your PennCard, the amount is deducted electronically from your Dining Dollar$ account balance, sort of like a debit card. Undergraduates with meal plans and graduate students may add Dining Dollar$ to their PennCard at any time on Campus Express.
