Digital gives better quality picture & sound?

0

Digital television transmissions are much more resistant to interference problems than analogue. If your analogue picture is grainy, weak, has wavy lines, ghosting or other problems, digital should, unless the signal is very weak, improve the picture quality. Even if you currently have a good picture, you should notice the difference. The sound quality is noticeably better, again with any interference such as crackles removed. Sound is also better than even a good analogue signal – giving near-CD quality!
