Different “methods” are advertised under “electrolysis” in yellow pages ads — do these all work well?
There are three needle type electrolysis methods. These methods are described in detail in our Treatment Methods section. Whatever method you finally choose, it is important to realize that a probe, or needle, must be inserted into the hair follicle (into the skin) and electrical energy applied in order to kill the hair growing cells. Otherwise, the method will not produce permanent results.
