Difference between Neoplastic and Dysplastic cells?
I have a pretty good grasp on what dysplasis/dysplastic cells are but I can’t quite seem to grasp how neoplasia/neoplastic cells are different. Our teach did a really bad job of explaining it and was no help when I asked his this question specifically – I don’t think he really knows. Thanks for the help.
